My sister's simple "Coffee Tweak" Changed My Life Forever
"My body's natural ability to burn calories was put on overdrive. I wish I knew this earlier!"

I've always considered myself an active person in my younger years. I went hiking, cross country meetups in my 20s and 30s. I biked around a lot, but I didn’t follow a specific program because they all failed at one time or another. Over the years, I worked out at the gym on and off. I even had some success with a personal trainer, but wasn’t able to keep anything off.
I was in my 40s when I knew I had to make a change. It was a couple of things that were all happening around the same time. I had swelling and pain in my ankles, painful sacrum and I had difficulty walking up and down stairs.
I felt my heaviness dragging me down, I was emotional, and I was in desperate need of a change. On top of that, I had more Dr. appointments than my husband could afford, It was hard on him. I knew I did not want to burden my husband with more work I was unable to do due to my pain.
My sister came over, sat me down an insisted that I make big changes while I could still turn my health around. She has always been fit and cared more about my health. She took me by surprise and got me over that initial starting slump. Her method had me amazed at the simplicity.
She stated I need an online group to keep me accountable. Women in my online group helped me worked to change habits and take the best possible care of myself. So I renewed my gym membership, bought a food scale, and her simple two step approach, and got to work.
In my first session at the gym, I felt like my lungs were on fire and i swam in sweat. It was tough to push through that. But it made me determined to stick with it.
At the beginning I was weighing my food four days a week along with one day of yoga. The yoga sessions lasted longer and longer as I worked my way up. I could see myself getting stronger and more skilled month to month.
My sisters simple 2 step approach helped stabilize my energy and melted away the pounds.
Once I got stronger I felt less pain in my joints and it was easier to walk up stairs.
I started to notice my measurements changing right away and that was so motivating for me to see. I lost about 10lbs the first month, and inches all-round. My clothes started falling off me.
As part of the online group I was in, we had to make progress as we checked in with one another. That was very revealing, especially when we had a slow week. I had to reflect on my behaviors and make sure I was keeping up with all the promises I gave myself.
One day I stopped weighing my food. I started eating smaller balanced meals. I could eat whatever I wanted. I had to drink water with every meal, and slow down when I ate in general.
I now do more in my daily life to help my husband out around the house with no pain. My balance and flexibility has improved. I stay more active and need less time in the gym.
I was over 225 at my heaviest. I currently weigh 143! I'm so proud of what I've accomplished. I never gave up on myself no matter how challenging or frustrating it was. I lost my sister in the first year. Which was a real tragedy for my family as she was such a light to hope. I kept at the promises in light to her throughout it all. I didn’t go back to my old habits.
The one thing I still do is my sisters simple 2 step approach.
1. Pour a cup of coffee in the morning.
2. Follow the steps in the video below.
Now I have so much energy, and I wouldn't change it for the world.
